MasterCard Global Services™ Premium provides top-level assistance to World Elite cardholders anytime and anywhere and in any language with their emergency card related needs.
MasterCard Global Services™ Premium offers the following services:
- Lost/Stolen Card Report - immediate reporting of a lost or stolen card
- Emergency Card Replacement – a new card is ready within two working days almost anywhere in the world, at a location convenient to the cardholder
- Emergency Cash Advance – cash advance can be obtained in case of loss or theft of a card. Thanks to the cooperation between MasterCard andWestern Union, cash can be picked up in 233 000 places around world
- Information on ATM Locations – MasterCard Global Service will advise cardholder about the location of the nearest of more than 1 million cash machines in the world
- Virtual Payment Concierge – MasterCard Global Service will arrange card not present payment at dining, hotel or transportation merchants (with merchant approval) while a cardholder’s emergency replacement card is in transit
