Additional security measures for transactions with cards on the Internet

Dear Customer!

Caring for the safety of our customers’ transactions, we hereby inform that as of 15.03.20201, additional security measures relating to transactions on the Internet will be introduced for payment cards issued by the Bank. Further on, when making purchases with a card on the Internet, an additional password will have to be entered.

The password will consist of two parts: CVC2 code on the back of the card + six-digit code generated by the Bank and sent to the card user to his/her mobile phone.
Please be noted that the Bank will send the six-digit code only one time to the phone number, to which you have already received the password for shopping online.
The password should be memorised for the next online purchases.

If necessary, the card user can change the password by sending an SMS to +371 20 002 004 with the following text:
“IDC previous password new password”
 (example: IDC 312123456 e58H35o)
The new password can consist of 6 to 9 characters and include small and capital letters as well as digits. Other symbols cannot be used.
If more than one card is linked to the mobile phone and you want to set a different password for each card, the last 4 digits of the card number must be entered after the new password and after the space.

Should any questions arise, please contact your manager or call the Customer Info Service at +371 67 359 000.
