Secure online purchases

Additional security measures relating to transactions on the Internet have been introduced for payment cards issued by the Bank. Further on, when making purchases with a card on the Internet, an additional password will have to be entered.

Please take the following steps:
  1. Check whether the data specified are correct (transaction amount, trader’s name, last four digits of the card number, your mobile phone number);
  2. Enter the static password in the field “Static password”.
The password will initially consist of two parts: CVC2 code on the back of the card + six-digit code generated by the Bank and sent to the card user to his/her mobile phone. The password should be memorised for the next online purchases.
The password can be changed by sending an SMS to +371 20 002 004 with the following text:
                                      “IDC previous password new password”
                                        (example: IDC 312123456 e58H35o)
The new password can consist of 6 to 9 characters and include small and capital letters as well as digits. Other symbols cannot be used.
  1. Enter the code you have just received to your mobile phone number in the field “SMS code”.
